be a possession, |
וְהָיָה
אֱדֹום
יְרֵשָׁה
וְהָיָה
יְרֵשָׁה
שֵׂעִיר
אֹיְבָיו
וְיִשְׂרָאֵל
עֹשֶׂה חָיִל |

Vengeance is mine, and recompense, for the time when their foot shall slip;
because the day of their calamity is at hand, their doom comes swiftly. |
לִי
נָקָם
וְשִׁלֵּם
לְעֵת
תָּמוּט
רַגְלָם
כִּי קָרֹוב
יֹום אֵידָם
וְחָשׁ
עֲתִדֹת לָמֹו |

Out of the window she peered, the mother of
Sisera gazed through the lattice: 'Why is his chariot so long in coming? Why
tarry the hoofbeats of his chariots?' |
